Accounting and Tax Services in Hai Phong
Quick answer
Our accounting and tax service in Hai Phong takes over your company’s tax returns, bookkeeping, financial statements and year-end finalisation under a written contract. You send invoices and documents each month; we file on time, report what is payable and deal with the tax office for you.
What the accounting and tax service covers
| Period | Work |
|---|---|
| Monthly | Check input and output e-invoices; file VAT and personal income tax (PIT) returns where you file monthly; keep the books; tell you the tax payable and the deadline. |
| Quarterly | File quarterly VAT and PIT returns; estimate and remind you of provisional corporate income tax (CIT); reconcile receivables, payables, inventory and bank balances. |
| Year end | Prepare the financial statements; file the CIT finalisation and the PIT finalisation for employees who authorise us; print and close the accounting books. |
| When needed | Represent you at the local tax office and answer its questions; advise on invoices and contracts so costs are deductible; support you during tax inspections. |
Extra points for foreign-invested companies
FDI companies follow the same Vietnamese tax rules as local companies, but usually have a few extra obligations. We plan these into the monthly calendar so nothing is missed:
- Statutory audit: financial statements of foreign-invested companies must be audited every year. We prepare the books and schedules your auditor asks for.
- Related-party transactions: purchases, loans or service fees with the parent company must be disclosed with the CIT finalisation under the transfer pricing rules.
- Foreign contractor tax: payments to overseas suppliers for services, royalties or interest often carry withholding obligations in Vietnam.
- Expatriate staff: PIT for foreign employees, including tax residency and year-end finalisation.

How much does it cost?
The monthly package starts at VND 1,000,000 per month for small companies with a low invoice volume. The fee depends mainly on the number of invoices you issue and receive each month, and is fixed in the contract. FDI companies receive a quote after a free review, because audit support and related-party disclosures add work. See our pricing.

Questions about our accounting service
Do you prepare the books in English?
Vietnamese accounting records must be kept in Vietnamese. Records can be kept in Vietnamese together with a foreign language where the company needs it. Ask us about bilingual management reports when you request a quote.
What do you need from us each month?
Copies of sales and purchase invoices that are not on the e-invoice system, bank statements, contracts, payroll data and any expense documents. We send a checklist when we start.
Can you take over in the middle of the year?
Yes. We review the books kept so far, correct problems where needed and continue from the next filing period.
